In an effort to automate our response time, and be attentive to our customers needs, 673 Inc. has setup an easy to use "Trouble Ticket" system. To view this system, simply click on Support and you will be able to submit a new ticket or track an existing ticket. Our typical response time for a new ticket is a same day call back, and next day service call. (In cases of Emergency, please use the telephone for same day service.) Tracking our progress during an extended service call is easy, simply check your email! You will receive automated updates on our progress.
